One payment per event: a base package by guest count plus rolls at volume pricing. Optional add-ons: bulk download and a one-year storage extension. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.

Refunds
Hosts can cancel any time before the first guest scans. The refund depends on how far ahead of the original event date you cancel. Rescheduling is free and unlimited within one year of the original date, but waives the refund option.

Questions
When do we see the photos?
Photos stay hidden while the roll is open. Developing starts the moment the roll closes, and the gallery unlocks for everyone at the reveal time the host picked — the host can also open it early once every photo is developed.
How long does the gallery stay online?
1–10 guests: 7 days · 11–25 guests: 30 days · 26–100 guests: 90 days · 101–250 guests: 180 days · 251–500 guests: 180 days. The host can add a year for $19.90 — as often as they like. Seven days after the reveal the roll freezes (no new captions or requests), and 30 days after retention ends the photos are deleted for good.
Who can download what?
Guests download their view in medium size with a small "Captured on Unseen Roll" mark. Hosts download the full-size originals, and can buy a ZIP of everything ($24.90 after the event). On the $9.90+ packages the host may switch guest downloads to the clean originals.
Can a guest delete a photo of themselves?
Guests cannot delete directly — like film, the roll belongs to the night. A guest can ask the host to remove their own shot while captions are open; the host approves, hides it, or declines (final). Hosts can hide any photo at any time.
What about refunds?
Cancel before the night and the tiers above apply automatically to the package price. Rescheduling is free within one year of the original date but waives the refund option.
Is there an app?
No app needed — guests scan the QR and shoot in the browser, offline-safe. Native apps come later.
